FAQ

Tokens are counted when storing memories (content text) and searching (query text). One token ≈ 4 characters or ¾ of a word.
Each semantic search query counts as one search. Auto-Recall queries also count.
On Surface (Free), additional requests will be rejected until the next month. On paid plans, overages are charged at the listed rates.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.
